In our time on earth we exist as consumers and commodities 

in an ever-expanding, hyper-privatized reality where our value 

is determined by our capability in extracting, by any means, 

the wealths of others in increasingly coercive and deceitful "voluntary" exchanges in the name of constant expansion of value derived from "new markets". The rationale of this exploitation is indoctrinated, and made justified by the imposition of a sadistic manufactured scarcity that leaves countless victims ground, twisted, or dead in its cancerous expansions. The collective efforts of laborers worldwide has enabled humankind to communicate and exchange ideas and commodities with people the world over. The marvels of the technology human ingenuity and labor has produced, and our collective capability to provide for each other can not be understated.  Capitalist hegemony must be dismantled in order to advance humankind past the blight of privatized existences.  

  The spectacle of the global west consumes and commodifies the suffering and genocidal subjugation of a desperate and growing population of disenfranchised people. Our society is fueled by the systematic destruction of communities, and violent coercion of the individuals and families that these communities are comprised of. The appropriation of these communities and their territories is done through the   

 SORBET is a project commenced in retaliation to the perpetual violence of absolute unfettered, unbridled, off-the-rails capitalist society. The aesthetic language is inspired heavily by philosophy, populism, absurdism, letterism, graffiti, brutalism, internet culture, anti-capitalism, anti-imperialism, intersectionality, and the pursuit of equity and liberation from the hegemony of traditionally western class and social hierarchies.
